By accessing or using Instant Prophesy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by MannaSyncSolutions Inc. ("we," "us," "our").
Instant Prophesy is an AI-powered entertainment application that uses Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) data gathering and artificial intelligence to generate personalized prophetic-style content. All content generated by the Service is for entertainment purposes only and should not be relied upon for any legal, medical, financial, spiritual, or other professional decisions.
IMPORTANT: The Service generates AI-created content that simulates prophetic or spiritual messaging. This application is designed to demonstrate, in a fun and simplified manner, the techniques used by modern prophets to deliver "revelations" using publicly available information. This content is NOT real prophecy, divine revelation, or supernatural insight. It is generated by machine learning algorithms based on publicly available information. MannaSyncSolutions Inc. makes no claims of supernatural ability, divine authority, or spiritual power.
You acknowledge and agree that MannaSyncSolutions Inc. bears absolutely no responsibility for any harm, distress, emotional impact, reputational damage, or consequences of any sort — whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — arising from the use of this Service or any content generated by it.
The Service utilizes third-party artificial intelligence services, including but not limited to Google Gemini (Google DeepMind) for AI content generation, and Serper.dev for web search data retrieval. These services are provided by independent third parties and are governed by their own terms of service, privacy policies, and usage agreements.
By using our Service, you acknowledge that:
(a) AI-generated content is produced by third-party models that MannaSyncSolutions Inc. does not own, control, or operate;
(b) The quality, accuracy, and nature of AI-generated output is determined by these third-party providers and may change without notice;
(c) MannaSyncSolutions Inc. is not responsible for any errors, inaccuracies, biases, hallucinations, or harmful content produced by third-party AI systems;
(d) Third-party AI providers may update, modify, or discontinue their services at any time, which may affect the functionality of our Service;
(e) Your use of our Service is also subject to Google's Gemini API Terms of Service and any other applicable third-party terms.
IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
By using this Service, you acknowledge and consent to the following regarding data processing:
(a) Data submitted to AI models: Any information you enter into the Service — including names, social media handles, locations, professions, photos, and other personal details — may be transmitted to third-party AI providers (e.g., Google Gemini) for content generation. Once transmitted, this data is subject to the third-party provider's data handling practices.
(b) Model training and improvement: Third-party AI providers may use data submitted through API calls to improve their models, algorithms, and services, in accordance with their respective terms. MannaSyncSolutions Inc. does not control whether or how third-party providers use submitted data for training purposes.
(c) No guarantee of data deletion: Once information is processed by a third-party AI provider, MannaSyncSolutions Inc. cannot guarantee its deletion, modification, or retrieval from the provider's systems.
(d) Publicly available data: The Service searches for and aggregates publicly available information from the open internet. By using this Service, you confirm you understand that searching for publicly available information is a lawful activity and that you will only search for individuals you have a legitimate reason to search.
(e) User responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have appropriate rights or consent to submit information about any individual into the Service. Do not submit information about minors or individuals who have expressly prohibited such searches.
AI-generated content, including but not limited to prophecies, declarations, spiritual scores, and OSINT profiles, may be inaccurate, incomplete, fabricated, or entirely fictional. The Service uses AI "hallucination" inherently in its design to generate entertainment content. You must not rely on any information presented by the Service as factual, verified, or truthful.
MannaSyncSolutions Inc. makes no representation or warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability, or availability of any content generated by the Service. Any reliance you place on such content is strictly at your own risk.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
Free accounts receive 1 generation per week. Paid subscriptions (Seeker, Prophet, Oracle) provide additional features and generation limits as described at the time of purchase. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and may be cancelled at any time. Refunds are handled in accordance with Stripe's refund policies.
The Service uses publicly available information (Open Source Intelligence) to enhance generated content. We only search publicly accessible data sources. We do not access private databases, hacked information, or protected records. By using the Service, you confirm that you have the right to search for information about any person you input into the system.
We may store anonymized usage data, device identifiers, and session information for the purpose of rate limiting, fraud prevention, and service improvement. Personal data handling is further detailed in our Privacy Policy.
You may not use the Service to: (a) harass, stalk, or intimidate any person; (b) engage in fraudulent or deceptive activities; (c) impersonate a religious leader or claim the generated content is genuine prophecy; (d) violate any applicable law or regulation; (e) search for minors (persons under 18); (f) use the Service to make decisions that may affect another person's employment, housing, credit, or legal standing; (g) redistribute generated content as factual information.
The Service, including its design, logos, and underlying technology, is the property of MannaSyncSolutions Inc. Generated content is provided for your personal use only and may not be commercially redistributed without permission.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MANNASYNCSOLUTIONS INC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION: LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
(a) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICE;
(b) ANY CONTENT GENERATED BY THE SERVICE OR THIRD-PARTY AI SYSTEMS;
(c) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT;
(d) ANY ACTIONS TAKEN BY YOU OR OTHERS BASED ON CONTENT GENERATED BY THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO MANNASYNCSOLUTIONS INC. IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR $100.00 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MannaSyncSolutions Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service, including but not limited to: content you submit, your use of generated content, and any harm caused to third parties.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
